This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a star and some cherry blossoms. The words are "Leaving the service commemoration" "Tsushima Heavy Artillery" and the soldier's name Nakayama. This is for the fortress unit stationed on the island of Tsushima guarding the waterways between Korea and Japan.
