This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a cherry blossom tree and the words "Leaving the service commemoration" hanging from it, while the words in the middle are "46th Infantry" and the soldier's name Tonaga. The cherry blossom tree is underglaze while the rest of it is overglaze.
