This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a string of flags, including the US and UK flags, and flags for the army and navy. There's a poem with the cup. I'm still unsure as to what this is - someone had suggested Treaty of Portsmouth before, but I'm not certain of that.

Condition: Excellent - light fading of the gold
