Antique Japanese Military White Collar Tab Army Sake Cup
This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a collar tab with the number 65 on it, and the words "Discharge Commemoration" and the soldier's name Sugaie. It's not clear what the white is for - normally these would be in red.
