This is an interesting antique Japanese military wooden plaque, meant for hanging on the wall with a little loop on top. It's carved from wood and has a helmet inside what is basically a star of David. The words on the back are "1st Infantry, 5th Company, 27", which is the soldier number. The soldier's name Iida Eiichi is also on the back carved into the wood.

Condition: There's some cracking of the wood as it ages, and some surface wear
