This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags, a kiri, and a star. The words are "Shandong Expedition" "Victorious Return Commemoration". The soldier's name Suzuki is on the back. This is about Japan's involvement in Shandong attacking German colonies there during WW1 as British ally.
