This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a Japanese flag, an army flag, a Union Jack, and a Stars and Stripes. The words are "Empire Banzai" and "Victorious" on the right. This would probably be a WW1 victory cup.

Condition: Excellent - very light fading of the gold
