This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a a helmet, a pair of flags, and some cherry blossoms. The words are "China Incident Commemoration". The exterior of the cup is shaped like a helmet with a cherry blossom as its base. 

Condition: Excellent - very light fading in the middle.
