Antique Japanese Military Yura Fortress Heavy Artillery Army Sake Cup
This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a heavy fortress gun and the words "Term Fulfillment Commemoration". The words on the back are "Yura Fortress Heavy Artillery Unit" and the soldier's name Murazaka in the middle. Yura fortress guarded the pass between Awaji Island and the Kii peninsula, which is basically the entrance to Osaka bay.
