This is an antique Japanese navy sake cup, decorated with an anchor with a cherry blossom - the naval insignia. The words are "Navy Term Fulfillment Commemoration" "Kasumigaura Air Group". The soldier's name Utsunomiya is on the back. Kasumigaura was near Tokyo and was mostly a training facility for cadets. Late war when they ran out of planes pilots from places like this ended up in other suicide weapons like the Kaiten.
