This is an antique Japanese navy sake cup, one of three I'm selling that was gifted to the same person. The cup has a cherry blossom branch, a flag, and a propeller blade as decoration, topped with a crane. The words on the cup are "Congratulations on Term Fulfillment" "Gifted to Mr. Mihara" and on the back is the name of the person who gave the cup, a Mr. Miyakawa. This cup's design is slightly different from the other two. Propeller blades on cups usually means someone who worked with the propulsion machinery on the ship - someone in the engine room or similar. 

Condition: Mint. The box has some damage.
