This is an antique Japanese sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags and a branch of chrysanthemums. The words in the middle are "Asahikiku", which is probably the name of a shop or a restaurant. The words on the back are "Nono City" and "East Branch". This is probably a shop advertisement cup - very nicely decorated.
