This is an antique Japanese sake cup, decorated with a sumo wrestler holding up an anchor. The words on the left in the box are "Morita King-of-medicine hall". This is probably a medicine shop's advertisement - the word on the sumo wrestler himself is also "medicine". Quite an interesting cup.
