This is an antique Japanese WW1 sake cup, decorated with a flag, a poem, and a bunch of cherry blossoms. The words are "58th Infantry Siberia Dispatch" and the soldier's name Ono. 

Condition: Excellent - very light scratches on the gold in the middle
