This is an antique Japanese army commemorative bowl, made with pewter, and decorated with an anchor with a cherry blossom in the center, which is the navy insignia. The words on top are "Navy Term Fulfillment Commemoration". There's a mark on the back "S" with the sailor's name Sema.

Condition: There are some surface damage and a nick at 6 o'clock along the edge on the back.
