This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a nice picture of a Chinese city gate flying a Japanese flag and with three planes on top. There's a helmet on the side with some cherry blossoms. The words are "China Incident Commemoration". 

Condition: Excellent - slight fading in the center
