This is an antique Japanese army sake cup, decorated with a photorealistic soldier and two planes in the background flying over a Chinese city gate. This is basically a very nice version of the "bomb Chinese gate" theme. The exterior of the cup is an embossed pattern. The words on top are "Commemoration"
