This is an antique Japanese army sake cup, decorated with a tank coming around a corner from cover. There's a double star of the military academy on top, and framed by a crane. The words are "Assignment Commemoration" "Army Infantry Academy". The soldier's name Makihara is on the back. The tank looks to be a Type 97 Chi-ha.
