This is an antique Japanese sake cup, decorated with the crossed flags of Japan and Manchukuo. The words on the cup are "Reviving Asia Youth Work Repaying the Country Unit" and the name Kawasaki. This was sometimes described as "Going to war with a spade" as it was a construction/farming unit that was meant to open up Manchukuo for development.
