This is a rare, unique piece - the cup is decorated with a pair of flags, one of which is the flag of Manchukuo. The words are "Ministry of Development" "5th Heitai Immigration Group Southwest Village" and the name Abe. This would be for one of the men who was sent over to Manchukuo as a colonist to help develop land there. It isn't strictly a military cup but certainly related and quite unique.
