This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a field gun with a pine tree, and a yellow artillery collar tab attached. That yellow collar tab is pretty rare - most of the time it's either an army unit (red) or transport (blue). The words are "3rd Field Artillery Regiment Donoshita Company" "Discharge Commemoration" and on the back is the soldier's name Ito. Donoshita would be the name of the company commander.
