This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags, one of which is the flag of Manchukuo, and a star. The words are "Manchuria Dispatch" "Vehicle Unit" "Morikura Unit". The soldier's name Maruda is on the back. Morikura was the name of the commanding officer. This is probably a transport unit - for some kind of truck fleet.
