This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with what looks like a Type 89 I-Go tank, and the words "Gift" "Victorious Return Commemoration" and two names - Sugawara and Tsutsumi. Maybe it's a gift from two people to someone else? The I-Go was used from 1932 to 1942, mainly in China and also at Nomonhan.

Condition: Excellent - slight surface wear.
