This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with what looks like a machine gun, but is actually a Type 11 37mm Infantry Gun. These were basically mini-cannons useful for taking down small fortified positions. The words are "6th Infantry Infantry Gun" "Discharge Commemoration". The exterior of the cup is decorated with a landscape.

Condition: Excellent - light fading of the gold
