This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a biplane flying over some mountains. The phrase is "Korea Flying Great Commemoration". I suspect this is some kind of first in Korean flight history - the phrase "Great Commemoration" suggests something more than just someone having flown to Korea. The back of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with a pair of rifles and the name Aoki.
