Rare Antique Japanese Military Manchukuo Enthronement Ceremony Army Sake Cup with Box

Regular price $0

This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags, one of which is the flag of Manchukuo. There's a star on top, with the words "Manchuria Dispatch" "34th Infantry Victorious Return Commemoration" and on the left "Imperial Ceremony" which is probably referring to the Manchukuo emperor's enthronement ceremony. The soldier's name Morikawa is on the back. The cup comes in original cardboard box with a nice decorated lid. It's made by a shop in Shizuoka called Kiharaya.

Condition: Excellent - light fading of the colors on the flags. The box is in great condition.

Size: 2" across
