This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags, one of which is a rare variant of the Manchukuo flag where the colors go across the whole flag. The words are "Victorious Return Discharge Commemoration" and "32nd Infantry" and the soldier's name Matsuda. The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with a pair of bullets as the base.
