This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a train engine coming around a corner, a railroad unit insignia, and the words "Victorious Return Commemoration" "Harbin Tozawa Unit". Harbin is of course the major city in Heilongjiang province, and Tozawa unit would be using the name of the unit commander. The soldier's name Yagi is on the back.
