This is an antique Japanese commemorative dish, decorated with a combination of the pictures of the three big monuments of Port Arthur erected after the Japanese victory there - the Shinto shrine on White Jade Mountain for the remains of the soldiers, the 203 Meter Hill monument (in the middle) and the loyal souls tower on the left. The words on the left are "Russo Japanese war Commemoration". The maker's mark is on the back, and the dish comes in original cardboard box. Dishes like this would've been used as a fruit bowl or some such, but clearly this one never really saw the light of day given its great condition.

Condition: Mint. The box on the back has some damage on one edge. Otherwise it's in amazing condition.
