This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with an interesting map of the island of Sakhalin covering both the front and back of the cup, with a silver line that is probably the main road on the island. The words on the cup are "Sharpshooter 1st Class Award". There's a number "7/38" on the back. This might be the unit number and the soldier's number, although it's not entirely clear. The inside of the base is gold in color.

Condition: Excellent - a spot of paint chipped at 1 o'clock on the base ring
