This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags - one of which is the flag of Manchukuo. The words on the back are "Shanghai Manchuria Incident Victorious Return Commemoration" and the words in the center "2nd Infantry Regiment".

Condition: There's a little bit of cracking on the front and back of the cup - it's in the exact same spot, which means it's the underlying wood that is slightly cracked, probably due to age and shrinkage.
