This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a detailed photo of the three human bombs - three Japanese soldiers who sacrificed themselves carrying bombs to blow up Chinese defenses in the Shanghai Incident of 1932. These three soldiers became very celebrated throughout Japan as a result. The words on the cup are "Three Braves" and on the side "Omi Mochida Pharmacy". Even after all these years I still see some new designs I've never seen before and this cup is one of them.
