Rare Russo Japanese War Cavalry Castle Army Sake Cup
This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a nicely detailed picture of three soldiers on horseback, a Japanese castle in the back, and some trees in the front. The words around the rim are "Meiji 37/38th Years War Commemoration" and the maker's name in the base. This is a rare underglaze, blue and white porcelain instead of the usual above-glaze coloring.
