This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a sun with rays and a wreath, with the words in the center being "Merit Recognition". The words on the back are "Meiji 37/38th Years War Commemoration Hiroshima City".
Condition: Excellent - the silver of the rays are a bit darkened
