Russo Japanese War Anchor Blossom Insignia Navy Lacquer Sake Cup
This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with an anchor with a cherry blossom in the center. The words on the back are "Russo-Japanese War Victorious Return Commemoration". Cups for the navy for the Russo Japanese war itself are fairly rare - the vast majority are for the army as the number of men involved in the navy was small.
Condition: Excellent - some small air bubbles on the lacquer on the back of the cup
