This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags, one of which has an anchor on it and the other is an army flag. The words are "Meiji 37/38th Years War" "Victorious Return Commemoration". On the back are the words "9th Division 19th Supply and Movement Team". There's an insignia in the middle of the base that looks like a NATO infantry symbol. The soldier's name Yamamoto Miheiji is written in small words in parenthesis. This is quite a nice cup and it's quite unique in its decoration style.
