This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with four flags and a badge of the Order of Golden Kite. The words are "Spreading the Glory of the Nation" "Russia Conquest Victorious Return Commemoration". The exterior has the words "Meiji 37/38th Years Russo Japanese War Victorious Return Commemorative Cup". The cup is made of metal and is wrapped with what looks like chrome or something similar.

Condition: There's some chipping of the wrapping metal. Please see pictures.
