This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, made with gilted bronze on the surface and decorated with a badge of the Order of Golden Kite and some cherry blossoms. The words on the front are "Russia Conquest War Victorious Return Commemoration" and on the back "Meiji 37/38th Years Russia Conquest Victorious Return Commemoration". 

Condition: There's some oxidation at 2 o'clock and 8 o'clock
