This is an antique Japanese army sake cup, decorated with a golden kite perched on top of a flying Japanese regimental banner. The words are "Russia Conquest Commemoration". The poem to the top left says how the Prestige of the Empire is emanating brightly. The cup is made of metal with gold colored gilt
