This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags, a star, and the words "Hiroshima Bay Fortress Artillery Russia Conquest Commemoration". It's pretty uncommon to see a cup for the Hiroshima Bay fortress.

Condition: Excellent - slight fading of the gold
