This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a badge of the Order of Rising Sun, and the words "Russia Conquest Commemoration" and the soldier's name Takigawa. It's interesting because the badge is actually missing one ray - so it's not symmetrical on all sides, which is not how the Order of Rising Sun is.

Condition: Excellent - some fading of the gold
