This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a big Order of Rising Sun badge and the words "Russia Conquest Commemoration" "9th Division". The kiln's name Kutani is on the back. The cup is in red and is meant to look like a lacquer cup, which were more expensive than porcelain cups.
