This is a set of 3 antique Japanese military lacquer sake cups, decorated each with a rising sun with rays, cherry blossoms, and the words on the back are "Russia Conquest Commemoration" "Reservist 18th infantry battalion". Each of the cups have identical design and is meant as a stacking set. The cups also come with original wooden box, with the words on the lid being "Meiji 37/38th Years War Commemoration" "Rising Sun Cherry Blossom Cup Set" and on the side "Rising Sun Blossom Cups Set". There's also an original ad for the shop that sold the cup - a shop located in Tokyo.

Condition: Mint. There's some minor wear on the box and a bit of bug damage on the advert sheet
