This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a map of Japan (including Korea and the south side of Sakhalin) and a star at the location of Mukden and an anchor at Tsushima - the land and naval victories of the war. There's a branch of sorghum with a poem about them - I think it's related to the landscape in Manchuria, where sorghum is an important corp. The words on the back are "Russo Japanese War Victorious Return Commemoration". 

Condition: At 1 o'clock the rim has what looks like a little damage that's been painted over
