This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a pair of flags. The words are "Russia Conquest Commemoration" "Victorious Return" and Brothers Takizawa. This is probably a cup for the brothers surnamed Takizawa and served together.

Condition: Excellent - one bit of red on the right flag is chipped
