This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with four flags and a kiri on top. The words are "Spreading the Glory of the Nation" "Russo Japanese War Commemoration". The back has the words "Meiji 37/38th Years War" which correspond to 1905/6. The cup is made of metal with what I believe is an antimony skin. 

Condition: There's some wear and tear on the surface
