This is an antique Japanese military sake cup, decorated with a regimental flag, a branch of cherry blossoms, and a poem. The words are "Russia Conquest Commemoration". The back has the words "Meiji 37/38th Years" which correspond to 1905/6. The cup is made of metal with what I believe is an antimony skin. 

Condition: Excellent - light surface wear on the cup
