This is a set of 3 antique Japanese lacquered cups, decorated each with a cross in the center, with the words "2nd General Meeting" "Japanese Red Cross Association Hokkaido Branch". The words on the back are "Meiji 39th Year September 24th", which was in 1906. At that time Hokkaido was still a frontier region and not fully incorporated into Japanese administration the way other prefectures are.

Condition: Excellent - light scratches on the surface
