This is an antique Japanese military sake cup set, decorated with a badge of the Order of Rising Sun, with a kiri and chrysanthemum on the rim. There's also a poem. The words are "Russo Japanese War Victory Commemoration". The soldier's name Kawaai is on the bottom of the biggest cup.
