Set of 5 Antique Japanese Military Five Virtues Helmet Shaped Sake Cups
This is a set of five antique Japanese military sake cups, each decorated with a flag, some cherry blossoms, and the words "Discharge Commemoration" "26th Infantry" and the soldier's name Yamazaki. The exterior of the cup is in the shape of a helmet with a poem embossed on the exterior and a cherry blossom as the base. The five virtues are Trustworthiness, Loyalty, Politeness, Bravery, and Frugality.
